Import of Unauthorized (Unlicensed) Human Medicines
We ensure the import of unauthorized medicines into the Republic of Moldova (but authorized in the country of origin), in accordance with art. 10 of Law no. 153/2025, for the needs of hospitals and clinics:
- In the presence of an imminent risk that may cause damage to public health, as well as in the absence of analogues or substitutes.
- At the request of medical personnel for the individual needs of the patient.
